Our mission is to create a community where individuals affected by homelessness, poverty or unemployment are empowered through our transitional programs and transformed by the love and ministry of Jesus Christ.

The Harvest Center of Charlotte is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization.

"For I was hungry and you gave Me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me. If you’ve done it to the least of these, you’ve done it to Me."

Matthew 25: 35-40

The following powerful video personifies why we serve: it highlights a few of our participants and the transforming power of Jesus Christ in their lives. The Harvest Center of Charlotte is grateful to serve as an agent of hope!

2013 American Music Award Winner, Matthew West, along with our volunteers, board members, and participants came together to "Do Something" for the Love Thy Neighbor 2014 version of West's popular song of the same title at the 10/28/14 fundraising event.
